Antenatal Gastroschisis: Case Reports

Case: 31 year-old, gravida 3, parity 3 patient had caesarean section in our clinic. The fetus who was delivered live and the APGAR score in the first minute was 4, had exitus 24 hours after the delivery. The diagnosis is made according to the macroscopic findings and autopsy of the neonate. Discussion: Gastroschisis is one of the relatively rare met abdominal wall defects and it is seen in 3/10.000 incidence. Formerly, it was a pathology just diagnosed in the instant of the delivery, with using of the ultrasonography widely it can be diagnosed in the prenatal period. It is reported that an increase of the survival of the neonates which diagnosed prenatally, due to the delivery of the neonate in tertiary centers and optimal conditions.

Olgu: 31 yaşında, gravida 3, parite 3 olan hasta kliniğimizde sezaryen seksiyo ile doğum yaptı. Canlı doğan ve 1. dakikadaki APGAR’ı 4 olan bebek doğumdan 24 saat sonra ex oldu. Yeni doğanın makroskopik bulguları ve otopsisine göre tanı kondu.
Tartışma: Gastroflizis nispeten nadir karşılaşılan karın ön duvarı anomalilerinden biri olup 3/10.000 sıklıkta görülür. Önceleri yalnızca doğum anında tanınan bir patoloji iken, ultrasonografinin yaygın olarak kullanılmasıyla birlikte artık prenatal dönemde tanısı konulabilmektedir. Prenatal tanısı konabilen vakalarda yeni doğanın doğumunun optimal şartlarda ve tersiyer merkezlerde yapılması ile yeni doğanların sağ kalımında artış bildirilmektedir.
